Community Integrated Care in Uphall, Broxburn is seeking compassionate Support Workers to aid adults living in their own homes, helping them live independently with a person-centred approach.

You will provide personal care, accompany clients to activities, assist with finances, meals, and daily living tasks, and build trusting relationships. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with stable, contracted shifts and employee development opportunities.

This role is for 37.5 hours per week.

When You’ll Work

We provide support Monday–Sunday, including waking night shifts, and as a contracted Support Worker, we do need some flexibility to work different days and different shifts, to ensure fairness for all staff. Our shifts are:

• 7am - 2.30pm
• 7.30am - 3pm
• 2pm - 9.30pm
• 2.30pm - 10pm
• 9.30pm - 7.30am (waking night)
