Independence Matters in Broadland is hiring Zero hour Support Workers to provide day service and vital support for individuals with learning disabilities. You’ll be proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, with full training provided.

DBS checks are required, sponsorship is not offered, and you’ll work a flexible rota. The role includes generous leave, ongoing support, and access to training and development opportunities.
