Cygnet is seeking confident Support Workers to provide high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and autism at Thornfield Grange in Bishop Auckland. The role involves long shifts, weekend work, and on-site meals with paid handovers.

We are looking for confident Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week in Thornfield Grange with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism along with behaviours that challenge.
Working shifts of 7.45am to 8pm and 7.45pm to 8am, inhouse meals are provided and paid handovers. This role involves working every other weekend.
Thornfield Grange is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, Thornfield Grange supports individuals who have behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement.
The role involves supporting adults with all aspects of daily life, including on occasion personal care. Accessing the community regular and taking service users on holidays and driving responsibilities.
