Job summary

Autism Together is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Wirral/West Cheshire team. You will help autistic individuals in their homes and community, develop personalised care plans, and work with a friendly team to empower clients.

We offer training, progression, and benefits; hourly rate up to £13.55 and flexible hours including 32h40m or 34h per week.

Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a warm, friendly team, dedicated to delivering individualised care. Your role will involve supporting individuals in their homes and helping them engage with the local community, including daily activities, appointments, and personal care.

About the role

As a Support Worker with Autism Together, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding. You'll work within a supportive team to empower autistic individuals, helping them navigate daily life and achieve their personal goals. This involves creating and implementing personalised care plans, assisting with activities from personal care at home to appointments and community outings. This role is perfect for someone with empathy and a desire to help others grow. You'll build meaningful relationships and see the direct impact of your work. We provide extensive training and clear pathways for career advancement, including fully-funded qualifications, ensuring you can develop professionally while making a real difference.


Hourly Rate up to £13.55


Hours per week
