Job summary

Autism Together in Wirral is seeking a Day Services Support Worker to help adults with autism develop skills, independence and confidence through a range of engaging activities. Your role is person-centred and focused on empowering individuals to participate fully in daily life.

You’ll join a warm, supportive team delivering arts and crafts, swimming and gym sessions, outdoor work on our farm and other community activities. Full induction training and progression opportunities are provided.

Day Services Support Worker

About the role

As a Day Services Support Worker, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey, providing essential support to adults with autism. Your day-to-day will be anything but ordinary, as you facilitate a wide range of activities from creative arts and music to outdoor adventures like farming and walking alpacas. You'll be a key part of a supportive team, helping individuals build confidence and learn new skills in a person-centred environment.

Hours of work

  • 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9:15 a.m - 4:15 p.m
