Autism Together in Bromborough seeks a Complex Care Support Worker to help individuals with autism and learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will deliver person-centred care, follow PBS plans, assist with daily living, finances, and community activities, and maintain accurate medication records.

Qualifications

Must hold a UK Manual driving licence and have access to a car.
Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting people with autism and learning difficulties.
Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of person-centred approaches.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Must be able to pass a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

Requirements

Driver with a UK Manual licence and access to a car

Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties. These are payable at £60 per night.
Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour weekdays or £2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
