Job summary

Autism Together in Birkenhead is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bromborough Services. The role involves first line leadership of a care team, delivering a person-centred service and ensuring a high standard of care within a residential setting for 8 individuals.

Hours are 37.5 per week with a rota between 7:30 and 22:00, including weekend cover. £15.15 per hour, with benefits such as DBS, induction training, pension and career progression.

Team Leader We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bromborough Services. This service provides intensive support to 8 individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills. The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first Line Leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity. • Hours of work: Typically, on a rota working between the hours of 7.30 till 10pm. Rota to be discussed at interview. The postholder will be expected to provide management cover across a 7-day period covering weekends, and this will form part of your normal contracted hours.
