Job summary

Autism Together in Wirral and West Cheshire is expanding its residential team and seeks caring Support Workers. You will assist autistic individuals with daily living, personal care, appointments, and community activities, promoting independence and social engagement within a warm, supportive environment.

This involves creating and implementing personalised care plans, assisting with activities from personal care at home to appointments and community outings.
