Community Integrated Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers for part-time or bank positions in the UK. You will help vulnerable individuals live their best lives with person-centred care, including personal support, medication administration, home management and daily activities.

Training and career progression are available, with shifts 8am–10pm and occasional nights. We value compassion, reliability and a person-centred approach.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts: Various shifts between 8am - 10pm

Shift Requirement: We are mostly recruiting for day shifts at this time. Some availability for occasional nights would also be beneficial (10pm - 8am)

Contract:12-hour permanent contract or bank contract

Driving License Required? No

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 10 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with going out for walks, going to the gym, gaming, listening to music, going shopping and going to the cinema/theatre
