Support Worker -Assisted Discharge

Location: Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Zero hours, as and when required

Contract: Casual

Full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 2 years) and the willingness to drive service vehicles

It’s more than just a job - it’s a chance to give back, grow your skills, and be part of a team that truly cares.

What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?
  • Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
  • Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.

  • Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user.
To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?
