Job summary

Harmony Health is seeking dedicated carers and support workers to join our nurse-led care team across Bedford, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire. You will support young adults with neurodiverse needs, helping them live independently within their communities, with a bespoke care plan tailored to individual goals.

Shifts are 10–12 hours, with day and night coverage, and comprehensive in-house training. You will be part of a supportive team of care managers and nurses, receiving ongoing guidance
