Job summary

Harmony Health is seeking dedicated Carers and Support Workers in the Bedford, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire area to support young adults with neurodiverse needs. You will help with daily living, meals, personal care, appointments, and community activities, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

We offer 10–12 hour shifts, day and night shifts, comprehensive in-house training, and ongoing support from Care Managers and Nurses. Sponsorship for overseas candidates is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring roles is valued.
• Ability to support daily living activities with patience and kindness.
