Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in Littlehampton is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for a 1:1 role supporting a client with learning disabilities at home and in the community. You will enable safe, dignified living and promote independence.

The position offers weekday and weekend shifts, with full specialist clinical training provided and a supportive, values-driven team environment.

Support Worker - Learning Disabilities (Littlehampton)

£17.00 per hour for weekdays & £17.50 per hour for weekends(inclusive of holiday pay)
Weekday & Weekend shifts available

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is an expressive adult, who enjoys tasks such as arts & crafts or boards games. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

• Epilepsy management
• Learning Disability Management
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

Monday - Sunday: 20:30PM - 08:30AM

Compliance Requirements
