Job summary

Prime Recruitment Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers in Ballymena to provide person-centred care and support for adults with varying needs. The role offers flexible day/evening/night/weekend shifts and a pay rate of £13.00–£14.50 per hour.

You will help with daily living, personal care, meals and appointments while promoting independence, dignity and social inclusion in a supportive team environment.

Location: Ballymena

Pay Rate: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Job Type: Temporary, ongoing and flexible shifts available

Shift Pattern: Days, evenings, nights and weekends

About the Role

Prime Recruitment Services is currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to work with clients in the Ballymena area.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. You may be supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs or other complex support requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within a support, care or healthcare setting is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where required


• Ability to follow care plans, policies and safeguarding procedures
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced AccessNI check
• Right to work in the UK
