Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at Bishopton Road, Stockton-on-Tees. The role is part-time (28 hours per week) with shifts including early, full day, late, and waking night options. Driving is preferred.

You’ll help people with complex needs live independent, meaningful lives in their own homes. We provide induction and accredited training, ongoing development, and support to grow within your career.

  • Complete daily records and forms using One Touch, the digital support platform.
  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support people with a range of complex needs in their own home
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support with meal planning and preparation
  • Administer and record medication
  • Help individuals manage their money and budgets
  • Carry out household tasks such as laundry, cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
  • Encourage and support participation in activities at home and within the local community
  • Promote independence, choice and wellbeing
  • Complete daily records and forms using One Touch, our digital support platform
  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks

You'll be joining a highly experienced team who are passionate about delivering excellent support and creating positive outcomes for the people we support.

Shift Details

This is a28-hour per weekposition.

Shifts may include:

  • Full Day:8:00am - 10:00pm
  • Early Shift:8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Late Shift:4:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Waking Night:10:00pm - 8:00am

Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and waking nights.

Experience & Training

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. If you have the right values and a positive attitude, we'll provide:
