Quarriers Homelife Ayr is recruiting a Support Worker to help adults live as independently as possible in their own homes. You will work in a flexible, community-based setting, supporting with daily routines, personal care, and helping people access local services and stay connected to their communities.

The role offers 20-30 hours per week on a permanent contract with full training, ongoing support, and a values-led organisation that prioritises people. A full driving licence is preferred.

At Quarriers Homelife Ayr, we support adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This is a flexible, community-based role where no two days are the same.

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside the people we support to help them live the life they choose. This can include:

• Supporting with daily routines and personal care
• Helping people access their local community and stay connected
• Encouraging independence and building confidence
• Supporting with appointments, activities, and day-to-day tasks

Working pattern

We require people who are available to work a variety of shifts to support individual needs, shifts include, day, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Rota's are completed 4-6 weeks in advance where possible. We are offering 20 - 30 hour per week, permanent contracts.

• Are caring, reliable, and respectful

• Hold (or are willing to work towards) relevant training

A full driving licence is preferred due to the nature of the role and community-based support.
