Job summary

A prestigious IT service provider in Central London is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver Technical Support, including HelpDesk assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong Office 365 and Windows 11 skills, alongside excellent communication abilities to interact with users up to Board level. This role offers the opportunity to conduct daily server and network maintenance and be involved in engaging projects within a supportive team environment. A salary up to £35k plus excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, especially with Board level users.
  • Experience in IT Support roles, preferably with HelpDesk experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Support including HelpDesk services.
  • Set up users and hardware, and conduct daily Server and Network maintenance.

Support Engineer required to give Technical Support including HelpDesk by a prestigious company with several sites spread across Central London, this role will be based in the City HQ offices bear Fenchurch Street , you will need good Office 365 skills, Windows 11, understand VOiP connectivity and have great communication skills, they are paying for the right IT Support Technician upto 35k + Excellent benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Technician who loves communicating and assisting users at all levels up to and including Board level users with everything technical, you will set up users and hardware, and carry out daily Server and Network maintenance. You will be part of a small team who has the added support os a Managed Service Provider, you will be the face of IT, the users are really nice people, lively and energetic, a really lovely place and environment to work in

You will work closely with the Head of IT, carry out onboarding, get involved in small and medium-sized projects.
