BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Support Services Administrator to join our FM segment, based out of Salford. The role focuses on coordinating and scheduling PPM tasks, managing sub-contractors, renewing service POs, and compiling reports for site management.
You will work closely with site teams, support the Facilities Management function, and ensure SLA compliance. PFIs experience is essential, and strong IT and CAFM skills are valued.

The role of the Support Services Administrator will be to co-ordinate, schedule and manage PPM activates including sub-contractor management, service PO renewals, co-ordination with site teams, collation and upload of service reports and compliance reporting to site management. Please note that PFI experience is essential for this role.
