Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring a Support Practitioner in Balloch to provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. Training and SVQ opportunities are offered, with a focus on building life skills and independence.

You'll join a dedicated team delivering daily living support, including finances, medication prompts, appointments, and social activities. The role requires empathy, reliability, and good teamwork, with a pay top-up for sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring nature required.

• Comfort with using computers.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support to residents in their homes.
• Assist with personal finances, medication prompts, appointments and activities.
• Offer emotional and social support to reduce isolation.
• Support on an outcome-based programme to grow confidence and independence.
• Participate in 24/7 shift patterns including weekends and holidays.
