Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting a Support Practitioner in the Kilwinning/Stevenston area. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) involves sleepover shifts from 10am to 10am, twice weekly. Applicants must be male with a UK manual driving licence (own car not required).

Training includes SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, fully funded. You will support individuals in their own homes, assisting with medication, housekeeping, meals, personal care and social activities, helping

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; we recruit on values and transferrable skills.
• SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is funded/training provided.
• Male applicants only with a UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles; access to own car not required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, housework, meals and personal care.
• Provide social support and accompany to hobbies/events.
• Participate in activities at home to promote engagement.
