Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring a Support Practitioner in Scone to help individuals live independently at home. You will support daily living tasks, assist with personal care, meals, finances and medication while promoting autonomy and choice.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; we recruit on values and transferrable skills.
• Willingness to complete fully funded SVQ training.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
• Comfortable using computers and managing basic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks in their own homes.
• Assist with medication and finances as directed.
• Help with housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and social activities.
