Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Limited is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners for a full-time role based in Balloch. You will join a dedicated team supporting seven individuals in their homes, helping with daily living, medication prompts, appointments, and social activities to reduce isolation and build independence.

No prior care experience is required as training and SVQ opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support 7 individuals living in their homes with daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with prompts for medication and appointments.
• Provide emotional and social support to promote confidence and independence.
• Help individuals follow an outcome-based programme and support life skills growth.
