Job summary

Cornerstone in Scotland is seeking Support Practitioners to help adults with disabilities across the Scottish Borders, including Galashiels, Hawick, Jedburgh, Melrose, St Boswells, Earlston and Tweedbank. You can join on a full-time or part-time basis, with relief opportunities for flexible work.

All successful applicants will receive full paid training, no prior experience required, and ongoing support from a dedicated team committed to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, just the right attitude and we'll support you every step of the way.
• Successful candidates will need to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with our Training Academy.
• You will register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment.
• If you've been out of the UK for more than 12 months in the last 10 years, a criminal record check may be requested as part of pre-employment checks.
