Job summary

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is hiring Support Practitioners in Jedburgh to work with adults with disabilities across the Scottish Borders. You’ll join a friendly team, support daily living activities, and help individuals pursue personal goals in a varied day-to-day role.

No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided, PVG and SSSC processes are covered, and you’ll grow through practical training and team support.

• Experience working with adults with disabilities is beneficial.

• Willingness to participate in training and safeguarding.
