Job summary

Turning Point Scotland's Dumfries & Galloway Learning Disabilities Services in Castle Douglas, Dumfries, Kirkcudbright, Lockerbie and Newton Stewart is recruiting Support Practitioners.

You will provide tailored support, personal care and community engagement across full time, part time and relief shifts. The role includes sleepover shifts and working to meet individual goals, with excellent training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and rosters.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to individuals to build skills and independence.
• Deliver one-to-one and group support and participate in a wider team.
• Accompany users to community activities, groups and holidays.
• Provide personal care with dignity and wellbeing at heart.
