Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking Support Practitioners to support adults with diverse needs in North Lanarkshire, Wishaw, Coatbridge and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 or with others to help individuals engage in hobbies and develop skills and independence.

This permanent role offers full and part-time hours plus relief shifts. A driving licence is essential; travel time is paid at 45p per mile and sleepover payments of £107.60 per shift apply.

Qualifications

• No previous working experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, 1:1 or in a team.
• Support individuals in the community and promote their hobbies and independence.
• Join community groups and accompany service users to activities, holidays and trips.
