Cornerstone (Aberdeen) in Galashiels is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week). You will help people take part in activities, develop skills and achieve personal goals within the Connects Hub and local community.
No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development in a supportive team setting, with opportunities to grow and make a difference. Salary is £27,277 per year.

Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
