Job summary

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking a Support Practitioner (Female only) in Ardrossan to join a compassionate team. No prior experience required as training is provided and funded qualifications are available as you work.

You will support individuals with physical and learning disabilities in daily activities, meals, and community outings. This is a part-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and accredited training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with physical and learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily routines, cooking, arts, crafts, gardening and social activities as part of a friendly team.
• Contribute to care plans and activities, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
