Job summary

You’ll become part of a fun, friendly team supporting five amazing people within their shared home. You'll build a genuine relationship with each of the individuals and be part of moments that really matter; whether it's providing support to cook a meal, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood. In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, you'll also support them with their hobbies and interests too, including swimming, going to the cinema & theatre, walking, eating out, arts & crafts, baking and gardening. This isn't just support work, it's building trust, sharing laughs and helping people live life their way!

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
