Job summary

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) in Dunfermline is seeking a compassionate Support Practitioner to join our caring team. Part-time and relief shifts available on-site, supporting four ladies with profound and complex needs in their shared home.

You’ll help with daily activities, meals, personal goals and enjoyable activities, building trust and meaningful relationships. Training is provided, and Disability Confident status highlights our commitment.
