Thera Trust in Witham is seeking a proactive Support Manager to lead and coach several teams, delivering outstanding, person-centred support and ensuring the people we support have choice, independence and control.
You will drive growth and development within your area, maintain an inclusive culture, uphold robust regulatory and contractual compliance, and build trusted relationships with people supported, families, local authorities and healthcare colleagues.

Salary: up to £36,339.37
Annual Leave entitlement:33 days inclusive of bank holidays

As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of several teams within a specific area. Leading teams to maintain an inclusive transparent culture that we are very proud of at Thera Trust alongside robust regulatory, contractual and organisational compliance. The ability to Lead teams to support growth and development is the key to success as is the ability to build trusted relationships with people supported friends and Family, local authorities, TheraTrust central teams and healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.
