A growing ERP software leader is seeking an experienced ERP Support Manager to oversee a support team. Overview

ERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, Stock Management) - Join a growing ERP software leader with clear progression routes and hybrid working!

2 days per month in Milton Keynes.

This is a chance to run an ERP support team has a man manager for an ERP vendor.

Ideally you will be a support manger for another ERP vendor like

• Kerridge
• OGL
• Epicor
• IRIS
• OneAdvanced
• Infor
• Priority ERP
• Sage 200, Sage Intacct Sage X3
• Business Central
• Orderwise

Or other ERP solution

You will need a strong background in application support, managing team, managing the "queue" across first second and third line support.

You will get involved in:

• Appraisals
• Interviews
• Training schedules
• Roster management
• Customer meetings
• Negotiating SLA's

And this role reports to the operations director.

The team functions well and is happy, there is very limited staff turnover, this is a new role to take the weight of responsibility from the Operations director.
