• Providing site cover for planned and unplanned leave for site-based Engineers.
• Delivering quoted and tenant works.
• Carrying out engineering tasks set by the Site Manager, including after-hours work and call-outs.
• Completing maintenance works on tenant contracts as per labor load and PPMs.
• Managing sub-contractor visits, monthly reporting, statutory compliance, health and safety, consumable spend, and additional work.
