Victim Support is recruiting for a Support & Early Intervention Officer in South Yorkshire. This part-time position (18.75 hours/week) runs on Tuesdays to Thursdays, 9am–6pm, with hybrid working options.

The role delivers immediate and short‑term interventions, risk assessments and tailored client support in a sensitive, multi‑agency context. The post involves managing a caseload, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with statutory and voluntary partners to safeguard victims and

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive impact & risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses to clients’ needs, including children and young people and adults affected by crime, ensuring they are aware of their rights.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate and short-term interventions, developing support plans and referring to other agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case management records.
• Work as part of a team and collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to address clients’ needs.
