Zusammenfassung

Victim Support is seeking a Triage & Early Interventions Officer to join the Staffordshire team, working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, conducting risk assessments and delivering short-term tailored support to meet individual needs.

You will need strong communication, good time management, and the ability to work within a multi-agency environment, with some travel across Staffordshire.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Good time management and the ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience with safeguarding issues and legislation related to child protection and vulnerable adults.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses and information about clients' rights and services available.
• Take incoming calls and triage to other teams, including domestic abuse and children & young people.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case management records and collaborate with partner agencies.
