Home Group in Cheltenham is seeking dedicated support workers to help people with complex needs live more independently. You’ll lead planning, coordinate a team, and assist with daily tasks, budgeting, appointments, and safeguarding, shaping meaningful outcomes every day.

Join a team that values you, offers learning and development, and supports wellbeing. This role is full-time in a mother-and-baby service, with rolling rota and enhanced DBS paid by us.

Competenze

• Experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent
• DBS check enhanced with barred list will be provided by employer

Mansioni

• Lead support planning and co-ordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
• Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community
