We are looking for an organised, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the team as Support Coordinator in our Warrington Services. The people we support may also have additional support needs such as mental health, learning disabilities, and complex needs. We offer an empowering model of support which enables people to lead fulfilling and happy lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.

You will manage a team of support workers to deliver excellent standards of care and support. You will be expected to lead effectively, delivering regular supervision and taking an active role in support workers continuous professional development. You will be patient, attentive and responsive to individuals’ need and preferences and promote unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
