Job summary

Creative Support in Warrington is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to lead a team of care staff in our Warrington Services. The role involves delivering direct, person-centred care in tenants' homes, coordinating service delivery and promoting strong partnerships within the community.

The successful candidate will have a proven management background, be organised and flexible, and participate in on-call duties as part of a 37.5-hour week on a 24-hour rota.

Qualifications

• Proven management background in the sector.
• Direct supervision of support workers in community care.
• Experience delivering person-centred care in tenancy-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Deputising and supporting the management team in coordination of service delivery.
• Providing direct person-centred care to service users in their tenancies.
• Promoting co-production and service user involvement with partners.
• Ensuring the day-to-day running of the service with high-quality care.
