As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals rebuild their lives in supported accommodation. You'll provide recovery-focused support, advice, and guidance to those on their journey to stability and independence. Your daily tasks may include leading 1:1 sessions, facilitating group work, coordinating clinical appointments, and collaborating with volunteers. This role is hands-on, rewarding, and transformative.

To succeed as a Support Coordinator, you should be empathetic, motivated, and committed to making a difference. Experience in support work or a related field is preferred, but a genuine drive to support people through recovery with compassion and professionalism is most important.
