Job summary

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a Support Coordinator to assist young people aged 16-18 under Local Authority Care in South Gloucestershire. You will help develop independent living skills while working within a values-driven charity with a track record of improving lives.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, 40 hours per week on a rota including alternate weekends. Part-time hours may be available.

Job description

We are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing Independent Living Services Team supporting young people 16-18 under Local Authority Care across South Gloucestershire. You'll play a vital role in helping young people develop independent living skills, whilst being part of a charity that is committed to creating positive change in their lives. Our services span several areas across South Gloucestershire, including Kingswood, Yate, Emersons Green, Whitchurch and Henbury. Due to the locations, successful applicants will need a full UK drivers licence and access to their own vehicle. We are looking for someone to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a rota basis, including alternate weekends. Part-time hours are also available.

Pay: £28,757. Plus, an additional £8,320 per year if completing two sleep in shifts a week (£80 per sleep shift). Part time will be pro rata. Bank is £12.60 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu.
