Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

We are seeking an experienced in-house Resourcing Business Partner to join our support centre resourcing team. This role involves delivering end-to-end recruitment, creating talent acquisition plans, and business partnering with specific functions.

Responsibilities

1. Develop strategic resourcing plans aligned with business goals.
2. Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
3. Build relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
4. Provide training on inclusive and efficient hiring processes.
5. Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking.
6. Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring strategies.
7. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

Candidate Profile

• Significant in-house recruitment experience across corporate functions such as Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, Procurement.
• Proven ability to partner with HR and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop plans.
• Expertise in sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track record of high performance in metrics like time-to-hire, candidate diversity, and candidate experience.
• Ability to analyze data to solve hiring challenges.
• Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices and labor market trends.
