About The Team
The HR Business Partner team at Forvis Mazars in the UK is a pillar within our People & Culture, Business Services team and a key collaborator with our people experience, talent acquisition, learning & development, people & business operations and finance teams to name a few. In this new role, the successful candidate will join a team of 10 dedicated HR Business Partners and will support our Advisory & Consulting service line, taking responsibility for their own client group and teams with support from our experienced HR Business Partners across Advisory & Tax.
The role
We are seeking a junior HR Business Partner looking to take the next step in their career in a dynamic and commercial role within our supportive team. The role will focus on creating a joined-up strategic approach for our client groups, working together to build the firm of the future, simplifying processes, strengthening teams and managing risk effectively.
