Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Support Assistant to empower young women aged 16–21 who are homeless or at risk, working with the Support Officers to help residents move into independent accommodation.
You will cover a 24/7 service rota, build positive relationships, respond calmly, and follow safety and risk plans to maintain project safety and well-being.

What you’ll do…
Assisting Support Officer colleagues to enable and empower young women who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, aged 16–21, to make positive changes in their lives. Building positive relationships and taking a working-with approach to help residents achieve their goals and move on successfully into independent accommodation. Working a shift pattern in accordance with the service rota, covering 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Working in line with the support plans agreed by service users and their Support Officers and following safety and risk plans designed to maintain project safety.
