Taff Housing Association is seeking staff to provide daytime and/or night-time coverage in a 24/7 supported accommodation project in Barry. You will support residents with complex needs, help maintain a safe, welcoming living environment and assist with activities and workshops to promote wellbeing and independence.
The role requires flexible availability, excellent communication, and a commitment to high standards of service within a care and housing context.
Provide daytime and/or night-time staffing cover within a 24/7 staffed Supported Accommodation Project, supporting residents with complex needs and helping to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming living environment. The role includes offering psychologically informed, person-centred support to residents as required, as well as assisting with the delivery of activities and workshops within the hostel to support residents' wellbeing, independence and development.
