Job summary

Templewood Recruitment is seeking Care Support Workers in West Drayton to join a Supported Living Service. Roles are available full-time and part-time across Morning, Evening and Day shifts, focusing on empathy and helping individuals gain independence.

You will support service users to build confidence, manage health, and develop social skills while safeguarding their rights and dignity. Training, DBS provision, and mileage support are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' experience in the care sector.
• Compassionate, inspiring and highly empathetic are valued traits.
• Ability to support vulnerable adults towards independence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Senior Staff in day to day operations of the housing unit.
• Safeguard the rights and dignity of each Service user.
• Help Service users build confidence, self-esteem and manage health symptoms.
• Promote health and assist in accurate medication administration.
• Support Service users with developing social skills and independent living.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced and non-experienced Care Support Worker's to work in a Supported Living Service, situated in West Drayton. We have multiple roles available, on both a Full-Time and Part-Time basis and covering Morning, Evening and Day time working.

Key Features of the role:
