Job summary

Templewood Recruitment is seeking Care Support Workers for a Supported Living Service in Redhill. Roles available on both Full-Time and Part-Time bases, covering Morning, Evening and Day shifts. We welcome applicants with empathy and a passion for helping others to support vulnerable adults toward independence.

Experience in care is preferred but not required; curiosity, compassion and a commitment to safeguarding are key. A DBS check will be provided and training is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' experience within the care sector, ideally within mental health or learning disabilities.
• Compassionate, inspiring and highly empathetic individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Senior Staff in day-to-day operations of the housing unit.
• Safeguard the rights and dignity of each service user.
• Support service users to build confidence, self-esteem and manage mental health symptoms.
• Promote service users’ health and assist in accurate medication administration.
• Support service users with developing social skills and future independent living.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced and non-experienced Care Support Worker's to work in a Supported Living Service situated in Redhill. We have multiple roles available, on both a Full-Time and Part-Time basis and covering Morning, Evening and Day time working.
