  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, families and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage customers to develop daily living skills (e.g., cooking, cleaning, shopping) and community involvement.
  • Promote social inclusion and help customers build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Advocate for customers and liaise with external agencies as needed.
  • Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices.
  • Keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team.
