Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant for EYFS, KS1 & KS2 across Lancashire. The role offers flexible supply, short-term or long-term placements in primary schools with a competitive hourly rate.

Work involves supporting teachers, assisting small groups and individuals, and helping create an inclusive learning environment for pupils with varying needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Experience across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Pay: £14.25 per hour
