Job summary

Educate Group is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across Congleton, Nantwich and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, variety and the chance to make a real difference in pupil learning.

You’ll work with teachers, support learners with additional needs, and help create a positive learning environment in a busy school setting. A relevant TA qualification and DBS update are desirable, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Minimum 3 days a week
• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) - desirable but not essential
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage behaviour effectively
