Job summary

Premier Education Ltd are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Wilmslow and the wider Cheshire East area. Roles are supply and long-term, offering flexibility to work across multiple schools, year groups and settings based on availability and experience.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about helping children learn, with strong teamwork and communication skills. DBS checks are required or in progress, and references from the past two years are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
• Positive, proactive and flexible approach to working in different schools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Wilmslow/Cheshire East)

Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Cheshire who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support their pupils on a supply and long-term basis.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children in the classroom. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities to work across a variety of schools, year groups, and settings depending on your experience and availability.

You may be asked to support small groups, individual pupils, or assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Some roles may also involve supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Level 2/3 TAs, graduates, or those looking to gain school-based experience.

Requirements

• Qualification / Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to working in different schools
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or supporting teaching and learning are desirable but not essential

Pay

92 - 100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
